The Grosvenor Casino comprehensive rebrand initiative was a collaborative effort with our agency partner to reimagine this iconic gaming brand for the modern audience.

The project began with extensive market research and stakeholder workshops to identify core brand values and positioning opportunities within the competitive landscape. From these insights, we developed a holistic brand strategy that honored Grosvenor's heritage while establishing a more contemporary, accessible identity that would resonate with both existing customers and new audiences.

The foundational elements of the rebrand included a refined logo, sophisticated typography system, and expanded colour palette that conveyed both excitement and premium quality. The team created an extensive brand book documenting these elements alongside photography direction, tone of voice guidelines, and application examples. For photography, multiple style directions were developed to address different brand needs, from atmospheric venue imagery to lifestyle photography and food & beverage presentations. Our innovative use of AI technology allowed us to efficiently generate numerous F&B image variations, eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming photo shoots while maintaining consistent quality.

For digital applications, our in-house team translated the core brand framework into dynamic digital expressions. This included developing a library of 3D assets that brought dimensional depth to the brand, creating distinctive visual treatments for the website, CRM communications, performance marketing assets, and social media channels. Perhaps most significantly, there was close collaboration with the product team to ensure the new brand identity was thoughtfully integrated into the redesigned Grosvenor app, creating a seamless experience between physical venues and digital interactions. This comprehensive approach resulted in a unified brand presence that significantly increased brand perception metrics and contributed to a rise in digital engagement following the launch.
