During my tenure at Stride Gaming, I developed and implemented a comprehensive brand strategy that unified their diverse portfolio of gaming properties under a cohesive visual identity system.

The challenge was significant, consolidating hundreds of gaming products while maintaining their unique appeal within a recognisable parent brand framework. Through extensive market research and stakeholder workshops, we identified core brand attributes that resonated across audiences and created a flexible design system with modular components that could be adapted across platforms.

The implementation phase encompassed complete digital transformation with responsive website redesigns, marketing collateral, print advertising campaigns, and branded email templates. We established clear guidelines for typography, color usage, and visual elements that ensured consistency while providing creative freedom within defined parameters. This systematic approach allowed us to rapidly deploy new marketing materials across multiple channels with significantly reduced production time and improved brand recognition.

Beyond digital applications, the strategy extended into physical environments through custom office merchandise, environmental graphics, and signature wall installations.
